Your area of work
Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining access criteria for our customers. This means we coordinate cross-divisional initiatives on evaluating and adding new jurisdictions worldwide to our clearing service offering, we design new facets of segregation options to protect customers’ assets, we drive porting (enabling clearer changes) in a default scenario, we check with our legal colleagues the enforceability of our terms and conditions in the various customer locations globally, etc.
As a Senior Business Analyst - Clearing Access Design, (f/m/d) you will significantly contribute to projects and initiatives to further develop our core services.
We are looking for a personality and creative thinker, who takes a pragmatic and passionate approach to solve problems, improve customer experience and satisfy the necessity to comply with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities

  • You will develop new ideas and create conceptual analyses in the area of clearing access design and for related functional topics
  • You will analyze customer requirements and their potential impact on the organization as a whole
  • You will coordinate and align tasks with Sales and Business Development, Legal, Operational and Functional implementation stakeholders
  • You will prepare topics for management decision purposes

Your profile

  • University degree and/or a comparable training
  • Professional business experience in the field of financial markets of at least  4 to 5 years, ideally with background in the clearing area
  • Experience with creation of business concepts and impact analyses
  • Experience in interpreting legal and/or regulatory texts and implementing their impact in the organization
  • Experience in working in projects
  • Strong analytical and communicational skills 
  • High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
