Your area of work
Working within the Fund Distribution Product Management you will be responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of our clients as well as of our internal business, identifying appropriate opportunities with a focus on our front-end web solutions supporting Fund Distribution. Product management is responsible for the full product strategy, product roadmap and P&L.
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to the Definition of the strategic roadmap of our front-end web solutions based on a deep understanding of the client needs and anticipating the market evolutions.
- Work with Management, Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Operations but also directly with Customers and Partners to identify, investigate, propose, design, and develop new ideas and business solutions
- Engage in direct relationships with our end users to understand their needs and to design game changing solutions. Ensure high adoption rate of your solutions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of proposed initiatives and projects
- Be responsible for the delivery of the solutions from initiation to success
- Understand and contribute to the definition of appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to both internal and external customers’ needs
- Become a leading player of our agile solution development team
Your profile
- Interest in, knowledge and experience of the investment fund business/ of fund distribution
- Client centric mindset, experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent presentation skill, ability to interact with clients and senior executives
- Business minded
- Prior experience of working in an agile development team and of lean methodology is a strong plus
- Constant learning mindset, self-directed and initiative-taking
- Organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Stress-resistant, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Team player in an international environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Flexibility to travel if required
