Your area of work:
Regulatory Advisory & Reporting (RAR) is assigned to the area Group Compliance within Deutsche Börse Group (DBG). Group Compliance works closely with the individual business units and group control functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, professional and market standards applicable to the various units of DBG and its business activities. The Compliance Function has a proactive role in the identification of possible compliance or reputational risks, including those that may arise in connection with new activities and products. Group Compliance defines group-wide compliance policies, supports their consistent application within the group entities, and provides centralised services.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Your main task is the preparation and continuous development of (regular) Compliance reports and analyses for the Senior Management, Management Board and Supervisory Board of DBG, and other relevant stakeholders
  • In addition, you will monitor the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting of all services Group Compliance provides to respective group entities
  • You will support the coordination of internal Compliance reports to senior management and key stakeholders and process ad-hoc requests 
  • Your role is also to actively support the Group Compliance Committee in all governance and reporting related topics
  • You will identify and resolve data quality issues and act as an ambassador for data quality
  • You will support the implementation and maintenance of regulatory reporting standards and procedures
  • Management of the day-to-day relationship with all stakeholders involved in the reporting processes
  • You will keep up to date with legal, regulatory and procedural changes
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes in context of regulatory reporting
  • You will support ongoing and upcoming compliance projects and initiatives 

 

Your profile:

  • You have completed your academic degree in Business, Economics or a related area 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in regulatory reporting ideally in the field of compliance 
  • Outstanding analytical skills; must be comfortable in analysing data 
  • Methodical, concise and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive – ability to tackle challenges as they arise
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can actively contribute your ideas
  • Fluent in business English and German
