Field of activity
Corporate IT oversees end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Reference Data Platform. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.
We are moving to Microsoft 365 as front runner for the financial industry. We recently launched our new intranet based on SharePoint online and Yammer making people at the heart of the communication.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Application lifecycle management
  • Manage end point devices via SCCM/DSM (application/update/OS deployment)
  • Manage security on end point devices
  • Work on cloud transition for end point device management (MEM)
  • Analyze and resolve technical user problems, 3rd level
  • Proactively improve overall user experience
  • Support projects and initiatives

 

Qualifications/required skills

  • you master Microsoft Endpoint Manager knowledge in particular: 
  1. Application deployment (PowerShell Deployment Toolkit is a plus)
  2. Co-management (SCCM + Intune) of Windows devices
  3. Windows Client OS deployment and Update management
  • You know how to use PowerShell to your benefits
  • Knowledge in Ivanti DSM would be an asset
  • You have knowledge on various Microsoft products
  • Citrix infrastructure knowledge is an advantage
  • You understand DBG business and its regulation
  • You love sharing your passion for technology and can explain it to anyone
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English (German, French and Czech would be an asset)
