Your responsibilities:

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play an important role in driving the security processes and operational excellence. Your expertise in financial environment and management best practices will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust processes across our infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, execution, risk mitigation of cybersecurity processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge security solutions and make significant impact in safeguarding our organization’s digital assets.

Driving operational excellence on the service delivery processes
Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by efficient planning of field operations
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Reviewing the processes and providing improvement ideas
Actively participate in agile IT projects
Provide support to internal and external customers
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution

Your profile:

Bachelor's, Master’s degree in business-related or IT field of study
Proven track record (min 2y) in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, including the ability to present complex topics in a comprehensive way
Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to work under time pressure
Dedicated, self-motivated achiever who is committed to success
Attention to details and service-oriented attitude
Proficiency in written and spoken English. German and/or French are an asset
