Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

The Group Security department directly contributes to execution of the Deutsche Börse Group information security strategy. As a central service provider for the Group entities, Group Security is responsible to protect information assets in terms of safety, integrity, confidentiality, authenticity and availability by enforcing information security controls based on the relevant regulatory requirements and follows the international standard ISO/IEC 27000-series on the Information Security Management System. 

 

Field of activity
In your new position, you will become a member of the Information Security Governance & Risk team, part of Group Security in Eschborn. The Information Security Governance & Risk team is responsible for the enforcement of the Information Security Framework in close collaboration with CISO and other central functions like Group Risk, Compliance Management, Outsourcing and Data Privacy, and takes responsibility for the service management of the central Information Security organization and the management reporting at the Deutsche Börse Group as well.

In the advertised position, you will be focused on the service management - setting clear business-based service levels and ensuring delivery of services is properly monitored and managed against these service levels. Your skills and competencies in service management include relationship management, business liaison, business analysis, and stakeholder management. Your strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business and technology stakeholders at all levels will be the driving force behind your work. 

 

Tasks/responsibilities

  • You analyse business and regulatory requirements to continually improve and evolve Information Security services and service delivery to the business objectives.
  • You manage service catalogue and prepare service level agreements based on options in the service catalogues.
  • You conduct periodic revisions of the service level agreements.
  • You ensure smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of new customers.
  • You monitor service provision, report on performance and identify trends.
  • You actively manage the relationship between the central IS organization and its business partners.
  • You operate service desk to capture demand for incident resolution and service requests.


Qualifications/required skills

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of proven experience in IT service management in FI
  • Experience with COBIT or ITIL
  • Knowledge of general legal and regulatory frameworks in the financial industry, e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, German BSI IT-Grundschutz and industry standards like ISO/IEC 2700x or NIST
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, ability to identify problems and propose solutions 
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
