Your are of work:
The Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Clearing Implementation section is mainly responsible for the software development of the Eurex Clearing applications and their components. All phases of the software lifecycle are covered – from the concept and specification to the implementation and test as well as the maintenance of the running applications.
The “ETD Clearing AD FFM” unit is responsible for the Transaction & Position Management component of the Eurex Clearing application family.

Your responsibilities:

Design, build, test and maintenance of the Transaction & Position Management components.
Support during the rollout phase of new releases and release introduction.
Maintenance and issue resolution of the Clearing application in the production environment.
Collaboration in a multi-cultural international team.

Your profile:

University degree or higher technical degree in an IT related discipline
Technical skills in the following domains:
- Software development in Java 11 and newer/JakartaEE on JBoss/SpringBoot, Python and Shell scripting are assets.
- Kubernetes, OpenShift, Containerization
- Cloud migration to AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), etc.
- Service-oriented/MicroServices architectures
- SQL-database expertise in PostgreSQL
- Automation tools like Ansible
- Jira, GitHub, Fortify, etc.
Knowledge of cash and derivatives markets as well as knowledge of Eurex options and futures products is an asset.
Inter-personal skills are essential:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to details
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural international team
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills is an asset.
