Your area of work:

Risk IT is an IT Product of Deutsche Börse. Our team focuses on providing IT solutions for Eurex Clearing, the clearinghouse of Deutsche Börse. We help to maintain and further develop Eurex Clearing’s industry leadership in risk management and support the growth into new products and markets. In short: We are at the heart of the Deutsche Börse Group’s market infrastructure offering and of utter importance for the stability of the global financial market.

R7 is a multi-year initiative, building the new risk and market data management platform, based on a portable, modern microservice architecture.

We are now looking for a student to join our Prague-based team to support our R7 Project Management Office stream. You are somebody who wants to learn about IT Project Management in Financial Industry and wants to do it hands on. We focus on the person behind the skills when we recruit.

Your responsibilities:

Support the R7 PMO stream lead and the team in their Business-As-Usual tasks, for example:

Management of the R7 Inbox, Calendar including organization of various meetings and committees and mailing group management
Support day-to-day activities such as tools, access rights maintenance, working time-management and assorted troubleshooting
Working with SAP and onboarding of externals
Support the team Alfresco document workflows and space set up
Administrative support of Organizational Readiness documentation
Interaction and collaboration with other R7 streams

Your Profile:

Currently enrolled at a university, studying an Administration, Finance, Economy, Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
We are looking for personality, skills can be learned, that is why the following is important for us:
- Honest, organized with attention to detail
- Team player with good communications skills, who can work independently
- Self-reflective
Interest in project management, financial markets, and software development
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experienced with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel etc.) and SAP would be an advantage
