Your Area of Work


Working within IFS Product Management you will be responsible for identifying and understanding both the internal and external needs of the distribution business, identifying appropriate solutions whilst at the same time managing the process from idea generation to successful implementation.


Your Responsibilities


Lead a team of product managers based in our Luxembourg office to deliver the following:


Product Management

  • Participate to the maintenance of the multi-year product strategy plan around distribution support services and analytics
  • Work with Sales, Relationship Management and Customers to identify, assess, propose and execute potential revenue generating and cost saving opportunities
  • Organize the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive distribution support and analytics product catalogue including the product definition, standard documentation and marketing information
  • Establish and maintain a pricing policy forming part of the overall strategy
  • Work with all departments to establish and maintain adequate legal and competitive watch infrastructures


Product Design

  • Work with operations and client facing staff to identify, assess, propose and execute operational process improvements and revenue generating opportunities
  • Analyse and determine appropriate technical and non-technical solutions to both internal and external customers’ needs
  • Manage and develop applications to support the IFS business with tactical automation solutions
  • Work with central IT to ensure and facilitate technical product deliverables in an effective and timely manner



  • Support the maintenance of various products profitability and metrics analyses
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc management reporting


Your Profile


  • University degree in similar field
  • Proven experience in similar roles managing technically skilled and independent individuals
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the investment funds industry, notably in distribution related matters
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. German and/or French are a key asset
  • A natural drive to take the initiative in order to “get things done”
  • Stress-resistant, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Flexible team player in an international environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, numeracy literate and self-organised
  • Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
