During the challenging 18-month program, you will work in three different areas within our Modern Workplace Services of the Corporate IT Department.


Field of activity:

As an Trainee Corporate IT -  IT Operations and Application Management, you will get insight on centrally provided IT platforms provided for all Deutsche Börse users on a global scale. You will understand the necessity of stable and compliant operations.

Your time will be divided between 3 teams with an hands-on experience in the Microsoft Client PC unit, the Microsoft Servers unit and the Compliance unit where you will gain understanding about risk management.

The new way of working requires not only stability and agility but also a good user experience.

Our goal is to provide a digital, modern and future proof working environment supporting global human collaboration in and outside of our offices beyond Application Management for tools.

  • Your tasks within our Operations area will be individually shaped together with you – depending on your interests and prior experiences

Do I qualify?

  • You finished your Master`s Degree in the field of information technology or nature sciences with distinction
  • You have already a good understanding of technology concepts
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, think critically and you like to work on data analytics leading to workflow improvements
  • You are eager to contribute actively to company’s digital projects for enabling of a digital end-to-end experience
  • You bring an agile and proactive mindset
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German

You will have two interviews with senior managers from your preferred area and another cross-departmental interview. You will also work on a case study together with other participants.

After successful completion of the interview day, we will send you feedback shortly afterwards and, if applicable, offer you a position in our trainee programme.
