Your area of work:

Deutsche Börse Group is one of the largest exchange organizations worldwide. As a financial marketplace organizer, the company provides a portfolio of services covering the entire process chain: trading, clearing, transaction settlement, custody and as well provision of market information.

Our team closely collaborates with Trading Operations who are responsible for operating the cash and derivative exchanges in Frankfurt. We focus on automating their business tasks and processes by implementing new applications and enhancing existing solutions. As an example, one of our applications for task scheduling is actively used in the offices in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Chicago.

Your responsibilities:

Development of web applications in Java and Angular
Design of new applications and enhancement of existing ones
Analysis of business requirements and supporting their implementation
Management of individual projects, deadlines and deliverables
Automation of business tasks and financial processes

Your profile:

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Web development based on Java, Spring Boot, REST API, Hibernate/JPA, Angular, Material Design
Working knowledge about web servers (Apache and Tomcat)
Practical experience with a relational database (MS SQL Server)

Positive attitude towards learning new technologies
Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good written and spoken English, German is just beneficial
