Your area of work:
Corporate IT oversees end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.
We using Microsoft 365 as front runner for the financial industry. We recently launched our new intranet based on SharePoint online and Yammer making people at the heart of the communication.

Your responsibilities:
• Application lifecycle management
• Manage end point devices via MECM (application/update/OS deployment)
• Manage security on end point devices (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint)
• Work on cloud transition for end point device management (MEM)
• Analyze and resolve technical user problems, 3rd level
• Proactively improve overall user experience
• Support projects and initiatives
Your profile:
- You know Windows operating system inside-out
- You are passionate about technology, willing to go extra mile
- You are willing to learn
- You know what Microsoft Endpoint Manager is
- You know what PowerShell is
- You are fluent in written and spoken English (German, French and Czech would be an asset)
