Field of activity
Your support within the Energy Office team will include managing our purchasing process end-to-end and supporting our team’s administrative activities.
As a delegate for the section’s purchasing process, you will procure software licenses and hardware in line with the needs of our Product teams. You will enhance and maintain the quality of our license database and documentation and actively participate in company-wide improvement initiative of our contract lifecycle management process.
As an administrative support, you will manage the section’s calendar, staff on-/offboarding and general office tasks to ensure proper functioning of the section.
- You will assist the section with a range of administrative and organizational tasks
- You will help to perform and control our purchasing process
- You will support to maintain our license management process
- You will deal with contract archiving to adhere to relevant policies
- You will help to update our process documentation
- You will support to contribute to the overall team spirit and success
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields) student and have completed at least 2 semesters.
- You have strong analytical skills and a desire to learn
- You have a passion for details and an investigative nature
- You are self-organized and possess a structured working method
- You are versatile in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and prior experience using SharePoint
- You are proficient in written and spoken English
