Your area of work
Eurex is looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our CRM management and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining data in our CRM system using SAP Sales Cloud and supporting various marketing activities. We are seeking someone with technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to support the CRM Team in their daily tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- You will manage and maintaining customer data in our CRM system using SAP Sales Cloud
- You take responsibility for collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
- In addition, you will support the marketing team with various tasks such as campaign planning, execution, and reporting, creating landing pages and other pages within the intranet
- You are jointly responsible for conducting market research to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
- You will gain interesting insights in various tasks such Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM and marketing activities
- Furthermore, you will support the team by setting up and managing email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters (Study focus in the field of informatics, economics, business studies or other relevant fields)
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of Customer-Relationship Management and marketing, preferable in the banking B2B context.
- You are interested in field of Analytics and Customer Engagement through E-Mail-Marketing
- You have strong analytical skills, and you can work independently with minimal supervision
- You have very good knowledge in Excel
- You are fluent in German and English
