Your area of work

We, as the Group Compliance, Risk, Audit IT Team are responsible to help our control functions departments by delivering innovative and valuable software solutions. As a working student (f/m/d), you will support the team and contribute to the development and maintenance of web-based applications for Compliance departments. The applications in our responsible are designed to address key compliance and governance needs within the organization, including Regulatory Monitoring: A application that enables monitoring and tracking of regulatory changes, Material Change Process Tool: an application that facilitates digital review and approval for significant changes in the company, Committee Management Tool: a tool designed for planning of committee’s schedules and meetings.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will assist the development team in building and maintaining web applications using GoLang for the backend, React for the frontend, and PostgreSQL as the database management system
  • You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
  • You will work within an Agile development team, participating in daily stand-up and other Agile ceremonies e.g. sprint planning, refinement session, retrospectives for collaboration transparency, and continuous improvement
  • You will utilise Jira for ticket management, tracking tasks, testing documenting and reporting progress

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 6 semesters (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
  • You have the ability to work independently, bring in strong communication and teamwork skills and carry a sense of responsibility
  • You are interested in software development and have hands-on experience in programming. Ideally, with GoLang, React, SQL, and code management tools like GitHub
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
