Your area of work

As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the division “Issuer Services & New Digital Markets”. You will have the great chance to experience the advancement of stock exchange business and gain valuable working experience in an innovative company. Innovation is the key driver in our team: working on the digitalization of financial products. We are working on the development and implementation of the DLT/Blockchain strategy in the post-trade area. This includes the identification and evaluation of potential new business areas and market offerings the close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and technology providers as well as product development in close alignment with our customers.
You will be part of an international and highly motivated team, with colleagues working in Eschborn (Frankfurt am Main), Luxemburg and Chicago, your areas of responsibilities will, amongst others, comprise tasks in cross-divisional projects, active stakeholder management, contract management and general support of the team. By joining us, you will set the cornerstone to work in a successful international company.

Your responsibilities:

You will work independent and detail-oriented on assigned and reoccurring tasks and with confidential information
You will provide a pro-active contribution to establish and maintain adequate processes and workflows
You will support the end-to-end creation of intra-group and external contracts
You will assist with administrative tasks, like access management

Your profile:

You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student
Ideally, you have already gained first practical experiences in the context of Project and Contract Management
You are eager to learn and comfortable with working independently
You have strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills, and you can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
You have very good knowledge in MS Office, in particular SharePoint, Power Point and Excel, SAP knowledge would be an asset
You are fluent in written and spoken English, German would be an asset
