Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

As a central securities depository (CSD) headquartered in Frankfurt/Main, Clearstream Banking AG operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for German securities.
 

Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Tools, Testing and Automation department significantly in Clearstream Post Trade IT.
Support our team in analysing business/functional requirements, designing solutions and ensuring seamless process orchestration and cloud migration. Gain valuable industry experience and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will support Developers, Process Engineers, Cloud Officer
  • You will be engaged in Cloud Risk Assessments, Cloud Adoption, and Process Design
  • In addition, you will be involved in engineering a state-of-the-art cloud adoption process and gain comprehensive experience and knowledge on topics related to Cloud Technologies & Automation
  • You will support the initiative owners with the cloud adoption process, Q&A and issue resolution
  • You manage the risk associated with the outsourcing into Cloud
  • You ensure a monitoring of the outsourced services in the Clouds is setup
  • Furthermore, you take responsibility for create and maintain accurate documentation

 

Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student
  • You are preferably in your master's studies in the following focus areas (management, digital business, digital transformation, computer science, project management, finance, cyber/ information security, engineering or other relevant fields) and are at least 1 year before graduation
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility together with good analytical and organizational skills which will help you to familiarize yourself with our dynamic and customer-centric environment
  • Your communicative and cooperative manner will quickly help you to find your way into our harmonious team
  • You are competent in working with MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in Project Management, are familiar with JIRA and/or Confluence, and possess knowledge in IT systems, particularly in regulatory, compliance, back-office, and IT systems
  • You are interested in capital and financial markets
  • Furthermore, you are proficient in written and spoken English; German knowledge is beneficial but not required
