Your area of work

The Product Delivery unit serves as a central interface between a significant number of internal departments and is responsible for the planning, organization, coordination and tracking of the relevant activities required for the successful introduction and rollout of software releases and the implementation of new processes for Trading Systems of the Deutsche Börse Group.

Your responsibilities:

You will have an excellent opportunity to take responsibility in strategic projects, gain interesting insights into our company, and the trading platforms of both the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Derivatives Exchange Eurex
Involvement in project management and project coordination, for example by preparing and following up on project meetings and helping to prepare and check reports for the project management and stakeholders
Active contribution to developing the Product Delivery area with new ideas and innovative suggestions for automating internal processes
Co-ordination of activities and cooperation with other internal departments
Creation of documentation and statistics to support internal processes and coordination
Participation in cross divisional meetings incl. taking of minutes

Your profile:

You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 1 semester (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
Ideally, you have a financial or technical background and are interested in or have experience in exchange trading
Your communication and cooperation skills help you to integrate quickly into the well-established team. Your sense of responsibility and your analytical and organisational skills help you to familiarise yourself with new and interesting topics
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint to automate in-house processes and develop new collaborative solutions
You are fluent in written and spoken English
