Field of activity
The Section Process & Project Management is responsible for the project management and business process management in Financial Accounting & Controlling (FA&C). The Unit Project Management & Business Analysis manages all projects in that area.
Annually, approximately 40 projects are driven by new financial regulations, merger & acquisitions, and the billing of new services of the group’s business departments. The Unit is acting across different locations and ensures successful projects within Financial Accounting & Controlling.
Your task will be to support the test manager and the PMO in the SAP Roadmap program. 


  • You will assist the preparation for the monthly resource planning and reporting
  • You will help with the preparation for meetings/workshops with different stakeholders (e.g. preparation for the slides)
  • You are involved in the maintenance of access rights to SharePoint and Jira as well as follow-up on the risk items in Jira
  • You will assist the PMO of the SAP Roadmap program in other administrative tasks (e.g. creation of meeting minutes)
  • You will gain interesting insights in granting access rights, uploading test cases and quality checks in qTest
  • In addition, you will collaborate with the IT department and help with changes and adjustments to the project plan.


Qualifications/required skills

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and you enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a Master student in business administration or comparable fields
  • You have a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently 
  • You have very strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a high quality-orientation
  • You are a good team player with strong communication skills
  • You are interested in the implementation of finance processes in IT systems and you have skills in MS Office (including MS Project), Sharepoint and Jira, qTest is a plus
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
