Field of activity
Onboarding & Business Excellence is the competence center of efficient client onboarding & lifecycle management leveraging state-of-the-art processes and tools delivered through digitization and automation initiatives while applying quality assurance at all times.
The team provides first class client services across all trading and clearing markets directly to the client or as subject matter experts to internal interfaces. The key target of Onboarding & Business Excellence is to review and increase client experience and to continuously improve internal and external processes to deliver fast and qualified client services while remaining compliant with regulation.
As a Working Student in the team Quality Assurance you will be mainly responsible for the data quality within our processes.
Furthermore, you will provide 2nd level support for questions regarding fees, invoices and pricing directly to our customers and to internal interfaces via phone and e-mail.
- Your main area of responsibility is data quality ensurance for our processes
- You support our team by maintenance of client related data in SAP CRM and you will update and create process descriptions
- You handle incoming requests regarding invoicing and pricing self-responsible with direct customer contact
- In addition you support us in projects within test phases and help describing the requirements for our processes and tools.
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the financial markets area
- You have basic knowledge in Financial and Capital Markets
- You are client and services orientated and with your communication skills, you will ensure high customer satisfaction
- You are highly motivated, flexible and ready to take on responsibility
- You have very good knowledge in MS Office applications
- You are fluent in German and English.
