Your area of work:
As a Corporate Risk Officer, you will join the Corporate & Outsourcing Monitoring unit under a fixed term contract of 2 years.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform first line controls and actions required to ensure legal entity compliance with the implementation of Laws and regulations, Internal Controls for Risk, ICT Governance, Information Security and Data Protection.
- Oversee maintenance, controls and improvement initiatives as required for LuxCSD’s Internal Control System Policies and procedures. Collaborate with Group ICS, Risk teams and internal LuxCSD stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met consistently and within deadlines.
- Perform asset information owner related activities: Review, assess, update system data and prepare for formal decisions. Includes the Asset Inventory, Information Classification, Information Security Risk Register, Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), IDP. Review of related policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and approval requests for the executive committee. Coordinate the annual Management Report on Internal Controls. Analyse risk related policies and draft procedures. Prepare for approvals and implement measures as necessary. Provide input and ensure finalisation of Risk and ICT Governance reports.
- Support and provide back up for team members as required
Your profile:
- You graduated with a university degree, preferably in business, finance or law.
- Competent, reliable professional with relevant experience (2-3 years) in the regulated, financial sector. Preferably in a non-financial risk and control function.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and proactively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English. French as a second language is an advantage.
- Computer and technology literate. Ease with modern workplace tools.
