Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work:

You will be responsible for the accuracy, timely operation and provision of computer systems and services to Clearstream Services and Deutsche Boerse AG. You will be part of the team working in shifts covering 24h in the Command Centre and be the primary contact for production support and escalation if problems in production occur.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You oversee and manage the availability of the production environment and ensure production backup are conducted:
    • Set-up, monitor, control Clearstream production processing
  • You provide support and assist in resolving incidents and problems:
    • Incident Ticket Management, Effective and prompt communication/escalation to various support teams
  • You are responsible to monitor the smooth execution of batch processing in both production and test environments
  • You coordinate the support and batch execution within specified deadlines
  • You create and update operational documentation and handover guidelines:
    • Continuous Improvement: continuously review current processes to identify rooms for improvement including automation and job optimization.
  • You assist in maintaining internal system management processes using an ITIL-based:
    •  Ensure that all documentations used by the team including processes, SOP’s and work instructions are complete, accurate and up to date.

 

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science
  • You have a previous experience, ideally 2 years, in a similar position.
  • Strong team-player and able to achieve personal targets.
  • You have a good knowledge Windows environments and Scheduling tools (UC4, Truesight), Unix would be an asset.
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You are open to work in shift
