Target group: master graduates from all over the world with very good grades and preferably an international study background with focus on business administration, finance or economics

As a participant of our Business Strategy Trainee Programme (Pre- & Post-Trading) you will gain insights into strategic decision-making, business processes as well as the working culture at Deutsche Börse Group from various perspectives. 

Within our Pre- & Post-Trading division you will be involved in all strategical aspects of pre-trading, such as assisting our clients in their investment decisions by providing a wide range of intelligent, data-driven products and index families. Further, you will also gain a deeper knowledge of our post-trading business such as operating the settlement and custody for domestic and international securities.

Apply via our online application portal. Please upload your CV, overview of grades, degree certificate and, if applicable, your employment references.

After checking your documents, we will invite you to a virtual interview. If we think you would fit in well with us, you will receive an invitation to our virtual interview day.

Step 2
Step 2

You will have two interviews with senior managers from your preferred area and another cross-departmental interview. You will also work on a case study together with other participants.

After successful completion of the interview day, we will send you feedback shortly afterwards and, if applicable, offer you a position in our trainee programme.
