Your area of work:

The Transformation & Change Management team is part of the CTO area and provides strategic advisory and program delivery support for Group-wide technology transformations. We partner with senior leadership to drive complex change, design future-ready operating models, and enable the organization to deliver on its strategic technology vision.

We are a modern, forward-thinking team and are looking for a Consultant with a project management mindset-someone who combines strong execution skills with analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving transformation across teams and technologies.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Program/Project Manager in the execution of the project/program
  • Prepare steering committee and board level communication
  • Structure and coordinate activities between (sub-) projects as well as quality assurance on results to be communicated
  • Manage and coordinate processes required for organizational, regulatory and/or compliance purposes
  • Manage and ensure proper communication with stakeholders at DBG as well as decision makers at various levels
  • Manage independently special assignments

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed your university degree in IT or business-related field of study and relevant professional experience
  • You are an expert in Power Point and have a certain experience with AI tools
  • You have worked for a large Management Consultancy
  • You have solid IT knowledge and a good understanding of Project Management
  • You have a good understanding of ITIL and/or COBIT framework
  • You preferably have experience with audits and risk management methodologies
  • You bring a high degree of communication skills and working within a professional environment
  • You are a highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
  • You are a strong team player, able to collaborate with technical experts and managers alike
  • Your profile is rounded off by experience in banking regulation (EBA, MA Risk, BAIT, BaFin, CSSF)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
