Your area of work:
IT Core Process Design and Operations unit has responsibility for the centralized DBG IT Core Processes including tool requirements.
Part of the IT GRT department, we support IT to deliver an excellent quality service while being compliant to regulations and laws applying on financial companies.
We achieve this by listening to our stakeholders and working to ensure a regular review and evolution of our IT Core Processes and their supporting tools.
Your responsibilities:
- Execution of IT Process control procedures including supporting IT Operational teams to understand their responsibilities
- Creation, reviewing and updating IT Process control procedures and work instructions
- Working with the Process team to ensure the compliance of the processes to regulatory and organizational requirements
- Supporting ITSM Process team communication and training activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the IT processes and their implementation in respective tools
- Preparing IT process related reports and providing support as required by Process Managers
Your profile:
- You have completed your university degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent years’ experience in a relevant role
- A proactive attitude towards tasks and continual improvement
- You have an interest in understanding IT processes and eager to learn more
- Preference for work experience in the area of IT Operations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills would be considered an asset
- You have a high degree of communication skills and are used to working within a professional environment
- You combine independent action with effective team co-operation and working
