Your area of work
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) area is at the heart of the Information Technology division of Deutsche Börse Group. The CTO area develops and operates the group-wide IT infrastructure (network, data centers and Cloud), the Group Data & Advanced Analytics and the Enterprise Architecture which significantly contribute to Deutsche Börse Group overall strategy. The CTO area drives digital transformation and leverages innovation while keeping production operations stable are the core pillars of the shared services.
Within the CTO Area, Cloud / Core Infrastructure department enables the usage of public cloud services from Microsoft and Google and provides core infrastructure services such as data center management and non-trading network operations.
You will drive the transformation of modern technologies and infrastructure in a highly regulated capital markets environment; advance innovation and contribute to Deutsche Börse Group’s overall strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Establish product management approach around DBG Azure Cloud platforms
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and product requirements
- Maintain product roadmaps and manage and prioritise requirements
- Manage all aspects of product lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and translation of issues into to cloud platform enhancements
- Steer the strategic direction of development of cloud platforms focusing on automation, availability, security and performance aspects
- Steer, architect, evolve, and improve the overall security posture for both DBG cloud platform products
- Work closely with Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platform Engineering, and Product IT teams
- Share and exchange knowledge and expertise within DBG
Your profile
- University degree related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, or other technical degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a management capacity
- Strong understanding and experience in IT and of cloud computing concepts with exposure to Azure
- Strong understanding of information security and architecture concepts
- Extremely curious about modern technology and cloud
- Highly organized, and strong communication capabilities and team orientation
- Independent work method, high commitment to quality, and high self-responsibility & ownership
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
