Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Manager.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, cloud infrastructure, and a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing SaaS spend
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SaaS strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and aligns with our company's cloud strategy
  • Building and running a SaaS team
  • Conduct regular SaaS audits to identify potential areas for optimization and cost savings
  • Manage the entire SaaS lifecycle, from procurement and onboarding to renewal and termination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business stakeholders, to ensure that SaaS investments are aligned with the needs of the business
  • Stay up to date on the latest SaaS trends and technologies to ensure that our portfolio remains modern and effective
  • Liaise with purchasing team to negotiate SaaS contracts with vendors to maximize value and minimize costs
  • Track and report on SaaS usage and performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement SaaS governance policies and procedures to ensure that our SaaS environment is secure and compliant

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS management or cloud computing
  • Proven track record of optimizing SaaS spend and driving cost savings
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and cloud infrastructure
  • Proven people management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with SaaS management tools such as Crayon, Zylo, or Intel Cloud Services
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting
  • Certification in SaaS management or cloud computing
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex issues and providing corresponding solutions
  • Good adaptation to changing client environments and projects
  • Ability to work in a highly critical environment
  • Committed to continuous learning
  • Language skills – fluent English
