Your area of work

Secure the future of Deutsche Börse Group by building and maintaining a robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework. As a key member of the Security IT Engineering team, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of our IAM solutions. Contribute to a challenging and rewarding environment where your expertise will have a direct impact on the security posture of a leading global organization.

Your Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement a scalable and robust IAM solutions
Manage and maintain the IAM infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Identify area of improvements and propose enhancements to existing environments
Automate IAM tasks and processes using scripting tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform).
Collaborate with other security and IT teams to integrate IAM with existing systems and applications
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all IAM processes and configurations
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging threats, and new technologies in the IAM landscape.
Provide secondary support for the management of other security tools, such as EDR, CNAPP, or DB Security
Provide occasional on-call support (rotational basis) to address critical IAM issues and ensure business continuity.

Your Profile

Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions
Solid understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Deep understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and best practices.
Understanding of user repositories such as LDAP / Active Directory.
Understanding of Linux security concepts, experience in server administration (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss EAP)
Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., BASH, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Willingness to expand knowledge beyond IAM area
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISSP).
Knowledge of IT security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
