Main Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage vulnerabilities and coordinate ticket assignments, review and act on operational data reports.
- Processing of firewall requests following our established templates.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts to maintain smooth operations.
- Coordination activities and operational tasks [change requests, patching, ..]
- Depending on your skills you may also get the chance to learn and work with automation tools [Ansible, Terraform]and get hands-on experience with setting up and maintaining our IT infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Information Technology and willingness to learn is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux Operating Systems (esp. Red Hat) is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.
- Team player, highly motivated and engaging nature.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge or willingness to learn PowerShell and/or Python is a plus.
- Attention to detail, ability to handle operational and coordination-related tasks with precision.
