Your area of work:
As a Data Analytics Product Manager within Clearstream Fund Services' Data Analytics & Governance team, you will drive the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of data products that create measurable business value and support data-driven decision-making. Acting at the intersection of business, technology, and data, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable analytics solutions while fostering innovation, self-service capabilities, and AI-driven opportunities across the organization. You will also champion data quality and governance principles to ensure trusted, sustainable, and impactful data products.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of data products and use cases throughout their lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define product roadmaps, priorities, business cases, and success metrics aligned with business and strategic objectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, data engineers, data scientists, and governance functions to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
- Drive Agile product delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and release readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes through analytics, automation, AI, and self-service reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate on the design, prototyping, and industrialization of advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
- Embed data quality, governance, metadata, and lineage requirements into product design and delivery processes.
- Prepare and present business cases, product updates, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Product Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a comparable role within the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to investment funds.
- Proven experience delivering data and analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and business adoption.
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, modern data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, machine learning initiatives, or data science projects is considered an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
