Your area of work

Regulatory Admissions and Governance team’s overriding objective is to ensure smooth and compliant person admission onto Deutsche Börse Group’s public exchanges and Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTFs), as well as optimize the processes and drive regulatory compliance within Clients Services Trading & Clearing department. 

The team sets the standards by clearly defining and documenting processes, implementing sustainable control measures, designing governance frameworks, and continuously monitoring and optimizing the effectiveness of client services through digitization initiatives. By adhering to these principles, the team ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and industry best practices, ultimately contributing to the overall success and resilience of the company. Furthermore, the team serves as a primary point of contact for audit and findings management, coordinating audit investigations and supervisory inquiries effectively.  


Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate Audit and Findings Management for the department Client Services, Trading & Clearing, including evidence collection, delivery, and communication with auditors
  • Refine and maintain of department relevant legal inventories, control plans and risk reporting across impacted legal entities of DBG
  • Support in designing audit-compliant business processes and procedures, ensuring they are kept up to date by process owners
  • Lead digital transformation projects to optimize processes and enhance regulatory compliance, including defining business requirements, aligning with impacted stakeholders and steering implementation
  • Maintain client documentation in archiving tools, ensuring availability to colleagues and auditors upon request
  • Assist in department-wide or section-wide projects e.g. GDPR compliance and other digitization initiatives, providing governance expertise and support   

 
Your profile

  • You have completed your university degree in Business, Law or comparable qualification, or have prior professional experience and knowledge related to regulation, governance or audit topics
  • You have strong integrated thinking skills with the ability to lead complex digitization initiatives that bridge IT and business
  • You also have an excellent self-organisation and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple projects and task effectively
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of commitment and motivation, with a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team-oriented attitude
  • You are flexible and have the adaptability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, welcoming change and innovation
  • You have exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
