We are currently looking for a Junior Relationship Manager - Asset Manager to join our Sales & Relationship Management team within Clearstream Fund Centre.

 

Field of activity

The team is responsible on a global basis to service Asset Managers ranging from bulge bracket firms to local champions. Our primary product is to provide access to our distribution platform, with a stronghold built out of Switzerland including key leading global distributors. We support client stakeholders ranging from sales to operations team members in navigating our offering, maximizing the value from our capabilities, and trouble shoot issues. We are working hand in hand with various internal stakeholders including operations, product, sales support and legal. At the same time, we are the gateway to Clearstream’s 4 D’s (Dealing, Distribution, Data, Digital) facilitating holistic introductions for Asset Managers to the full range of Clearstream Fund Services. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Support senior Relationship managers in their day to day activitites, with an objective to deliver work packages on independent basis, and with direct client contact over time 
  • Drive the maintanance of the client book when it comes to contract management, service level, information sharing and connecting the dots with linking in to the right internal stakeholders for requests 
  • Point person to coordinate roll-out exercises of contract amendments across different stakeholder groups ranging from operations to distribution side
  • Support commerical reviews of client book 
  • Maintain the relationship with Asset Managers to keep overall satisfaction at a high level and to be accountable for Asset Managers quality and profitability 
  • Analyzing market trends and behaviors for revenue improvements/opportunities
  • Provide support for the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes with key stakeholders within Clearstream and external processes with Asset Managers


Your Profile 

  • Ideally 2+years of experience in servicing B2B business partners
  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in economics, finance, IT or business administration
  • Excellent client and service orientation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Affinity for process optimisation and implementation of high quality standards to serve clients in a structured way
  • Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious and resilient
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently, as well as, within a team
  • Fluency in English, French/German/Italian language skills will be an asset
  • Good general knowledge of Banking, Asset Management and Fund Platform/-Distribution business in particular is a plus
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry and especially in the funds industry
  • Very good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Superior command of MS Office applications, in particular Word and Excel
