Your area of work:

Join our Derivatives & Cash Trading IT department, which is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating advanced trading platforms and support systems for Deutsche Börse Group's Eurex and Xetra markets, as well as for our partner exchanges.

The Product Delivery unit plays an important role in planning, coordinating, executing, and managing tasks essential for the successful implementation of trading platforms, support systems, software releases, and new processes in dynamic trading environments.
 

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining, coordinating, and facilitating a wide range of activities necessary for delivering systems and services.
  • Foster collaboration and coordination among project teams, organizational units, and stakeholders across various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Track the progress of different activities and help present project-related information and reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and publications for both internal and external audiences.

    

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A good basic knowledge of technical topics such as firewalls, routing, network protocols, software development, and deployment. Experience in IT operations or software development is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in project coordination or support, including planning, execution, and monitoring tasks. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues affecting service delivery and propose solutions within established procedures, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team, contributing to common goals and actively participating in collaborative initiatives.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the ability to assist in preparing and presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
