The Customer Service section manages the customer relationships of the Deutsche Börse Group.
In your new position Head of Unit Technical Key Account Management Prague, you will support the Department/Section across a wide range of tasks related daily business operations, internal projects as well as support of partnering entities. You will work closely with different functional areas of DBG entities and Head of Section to achieve the Unit goals.
Primary focus of your work will be the coordination of the TKAM Prague unit, reporting to management, coordination of client services projects, organizing and holding client info sessions, collaboration with internal project streams and handling of escalation meetings.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be leading a global team of a dozen employees, new joiners as well as experienced team members. The team members are located in Frankfurt, Prague and Singapore.
- You will be required to show strong people management skills, retain a positive attitude, even in stressful situations.
- You will make yourself familiar with the actual job performed by the individual employees and ensure fulfilment of the Units mandates in line with the people principles of Deutsche Boerse AG.
- You will be the forefront escalation contact between market participants and internal stakeholders.
- You will provide structure and guidance to the team members to ensure effective resource allocation, team building and people development.
- You will design, maintain, and improve existing processes to ensure the daily mandates are covered most efficiently.
- Identify key actions and develop planning for migration of existing services/projects.
- Support Head of Section on wider initiatives, underpinning transparency, communication, and presentation of Customer Technical Framework to internal and external stakeholders such as senior management and regulators.
- Represent Eurex AG with integrity in interactions with customers, regulators and internal counterparts in matters relating to quantitative risk management topics.
- Prepare technical consulting and anticipation of customers’ technical requirements based on detailed knowledge of customers’ technical infrastructure, organizational set-up, and business needs.
- Prepare meeting materials and hold client info sessions to secure client consent to migration keeping in mind the migration planning and regulatory approvals.
- Support teams within the section at client discussions and projects during the client negotiations on related topics.
- Coordinating changes of customer connectivity to Deutsche Börse’s platforms, including potential improvements to customers’ current technical infrastructure.
- Coordination and orchestration of release changes and support of release management with internal and external parties.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant subject
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
- You have 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
- At lease 2 years of experience in people management
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the consulting or IT area
- You are interested in project work in the Financial Services and Capital Markets area
- You have very good knowledge in OKRs, MS Office (incl. MS Project), SharePoint and Clarity
- Strong organizational and communication skills and a team player
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at one time while maintaining a commitment to deadlines
- Sound analytical, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills
- Pro-active, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- High quality-orientation, thrives on continuous learning
