Your area of work:
As a functional analyst in the Group Data Services section, you will significantly support the team in further developing the functionality of market data processing, Deutsche Börse’s high-speed data feed "CEF" (Consolidated Exchange Feeds), the analytics platform "A7", trading data related cloud streaming solutions, etc., and providing technical support for new IT projects.
Our low-latency systems provide banks, stock traders, fund managers, hedge funds, information providers (vendors) and other market participants worldwide with news, trades and quotes, indices, and key figures. Furthermore, we offer tailor-made and customer-specific (analysis) options based on historical market data.
Your responsibilities:
- Development of functional concepts based on the requirements of the associated business department
- Analysis of the requirements of DBAG's (strategic) initiatives
- Planning, conception, execution, and documentation of user acceptance tests
- Support for test automation
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable degree or completed training and relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the data and structures of cash and futures markets, foreign exchange, energy and/or crypto markets
- Knowledge of Unix is an advantage
- Testing experience desirable
- Google Cloud (basic) knowledge desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team & high willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
