Area of work:
The unit Service Implementation is responsible for the full range of activities for launching new releases or projects starting with the project schedule for rollout and ending with the completion of the production introduction. The Service Implementation team is also responsible for organizing the management decision making for production introduction and supports organization of the production introduction weekends for clearing related releases or projects. The organizational readiness activities, which are also supported by the Service Implementation team, are driven by the goal of achieving timely readiness of DBG line departments, i.e. ensuring the awareness of their new responsibilities / tasks and they can perform them accordingly.
Another major area covered by the Service Implementation Team is the Simulation coordination and reporting for all Clearing systems. The simulation environment is the first environment where members get in touch with new functionalities. Therefore, a faultless simulation environment with high availability and data quality is required.
Your responsibilities for Service implementation:
- Creation (or initial support) of Service Implementation related documentation and execution of the respective reviews and signoffs.
- Support and tracking of technical and functional issues.
- Organize and track the activities of involved departments and project teams for rollout of new releases or projects.
- After the introduction period (usually 6 weeks),
- Acting as single point of contact from Service Implementation team for dedicated functional project team in the development of change requests and issue identification.
- Co-ordination of multiple involved internal departments, especially for finding solutions to issues impacting the areas of Service Implementation.
- Track and escalating issues posing a risk for the production introduction.
- Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules for new software versions in simulation.
- Maintain close relationship management with affected line departments, projects and other systems.
- Cross project coordination of Simulation delivery management.
- Establish and agree plans for rollout of new releases or projects with involved parties.

Your responsibilities for Organizational Readiness:
- Ensure the creation of project related Organizational Impact Analyses for the respective solutions.
- Organization, execution, and documentation of meetings.
- Elaboration, consolidation and tracking of an activity list for all impacted line organizations.
- Prepare the impacted entities for the readiness of the new project introduction into DBG line organization.
General tasks/responsibilities:
- Yearly review of internal processes and approaches considering AI tools for optimization purposes.
Your profile:
- University Master’s Degree.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- High commitment and motivation.
- Professional handling of all Microsoft products.
- Written and spoken English.
Highly appreciated skills:
- Experience in usage of AI tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot) to develop AI use cases or apply in everyday tasks.
- Practical experience in the fields of financial markets, clearing, settlement and risk management.
- Project management, Scrum and Agile PM skills (Component or courses of the study).
- Written and spoken German.
