Your area of work: 

As a Marketing Intern you will support the Marketing team in the planning and delivery of industry events, conferences, webinars and sponsorship activities. You will assist with a broad range of coordination and administrative tasks, including event logistics, speaker management, registration tracking, content updates and stakeholder communications. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and external partners, you will gain hands-on experience in event management while helping to ensure the smooth execution of key marketing initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Support the delivery of industry events, conferences and webinars 
  • Coordinate registrations, logistics and stakeholder communications 
  • Maintain event trackers, marketing databases and reporting documents 
  • Assist with website updates and marketing materials 
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team 

 

Your profile: 

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution in the field of marketing, communication, business studies or other relevant disciplines) ideally in the final year of your studies and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognised university as a regular student in the field of marketing, communication, business studies or other relevant disciplines) ideally in the final year of your studies 
  • Your proactive attitude, easygoing nature, and ability to openly communicate help you quickly adapt to new tasks and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
