We are looking for an inspiring person to join the Project Management team in the Clearing & Risk IT department. In Clearing & Risk IT we run a high number of projects of different sizes and in various areas (business initiatives, technological innovation, regulatory requirements, Information Security). The Project Management & Integration section is among others responsible for staffing project managers into IT projects within the clearing area. To extend our capabilities we are looking for a junior IT project manager who will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects in a regulated financial environment. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring that project objectives are met within the specified scope, time, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT project management principles, and a keen interest in developing their skills in IT project management within a multicultural and highly knowledge team.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in coordinating with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying and mitigation of potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and standards established by the PMO.
- Collaboration in a multi-cultural international team.
- University degree or comparable qualification.
- Basis knowledge regarding trading, clearing, settlement and risk management as well as IT security and the regulatory framework for bank Its.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- High commitment and motivation, strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in a team are essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office applications.
