Your area of work:
Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is in charge of digitalization initiatives. As part of the digitalization process, the team collects requirements, organizes the overall roadmap, works on the solution design by considering UI/UX standards to achieve high user adoption and takes care about the implementation following the agile methodology.
We are looking for a new team member to support us as a Low-Code Developer. In your role, you help to shape the future of our company’s way on the look and feel of our tailor-made software applications for clients and employees.
You will be part of a great team, that shares values, collaboration, and positive relationships, cultivating a community of mutual support, active communication, and trust.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from various business stakeholders across multiple legal entities and translate them into digital solutions considering excellent UI/UX.
- Develop smaller and lean low-code apps by yourself.
- Continuous improvement of the UI and UX of our available low-code apps.
- Continuous alignment with stakeholders and users of the apps.
Your profile:
- Experience in using low-code platforms for application development (developing simple low-code apps, experience with low-code solutions like Microsoft Power Platform and/or Salesforce). Experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Adaptability: willingness to learn and adapt to emerging trends in UI/UX and low-code technologies.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers and users; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage & prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting complex requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
- Can-do attitude, user-centricity and self-motivated
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
