Your area of work:
You will provide support of applications within the Clearstream pre-production environment. You will ensure the availability of all services in a daily basis for Customers and maintain the environment regularly with the code and patches required.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support the pre-production environment and will solve IT incidents with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers
- You will implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications within the Clearstream Services IT pre-production environments
- You will analyse problems and resolve issues. You will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of in-house Clearstream IT applications as well as third party software whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to Customers
- You will deploy Clearstream business applications to end users
- You will respond to Customers and Internal users’ queries
- You will know and follow processes in place and will be able to adapt yourself to any new situation
- You will be able to support multiple applications running on Linux, potentially on windows platforms
- You may have to take part of on-call rotation to cover out of hours first line support
Your Profile:
- University degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of English (in written and spoken)
- At least 1-2 years of experience with pre-production/testing environments
- Experience with Linux and NT environments is required
- Good knowledge of one or more of the following tools is a plus: GitHub, Jenkins, Jira, OpenShift, JBOSS, Weblogic
- Oracle SQL and/or MS SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Team spirit, open-minded and open for changes
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role, service-oriented attitude, and attention to detail
- Highly motivated, organized individual able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
