What will be your position in our team?

Are you interested in talent attraction topics and building strong employer brand? Then this position may the right fit for you! We are currently seeking a talent acquisition colleague to join our team and help us attract the best talent and play a key role in shaping our employer brand. Your role will be managing our talent attraction processes and supporting our recruitment needs of our business. You'll work closely with our managers, co-developing recruitment & talent attraction strategies and representing our company in front of graduates and professionals.


What will your working days look like?

  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive local talent acquisition strategy while reflecting global priorities.
  • Working alongside our local recruitment and employer branding teams.
  • Ensuring alignment between hiring requirements and recruitment strategies, and positive candidate experience throughout the application process.
  • Identifying and engaging with passive candidates on relevant platforms, fostering relationships for future hiring needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, industry organizations, and event organizers to generate interest from potential candidates.
  • Managing local channels - online job boards, professional networks, industry events, and university partnerships.
  • Analyzing talent attraction metrics to measure the success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends in talent attraction


You are a good fit if ..

  • You have relevant experience within talent attraction / acquisition field
  • You are skilled in design/branding tools
  • You have experience with data management tools is preferred
  • You are proactive and have hands-on mentality
  • You have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • You are fluent in Czech & English
