  • Manage and oversee key U.S. and international tax regimes (e.g. BEAT, CAMT, GILTI, Pillar II) and coordinate group taxation aspects related to U.S. investments and cross-border structures and advice senior stakeholders on implications for the group
  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Deutsche Börse Systems Inc. under US GAAP and IFRS, including period-end closing, review of financial statements, and coordination of external audits ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure high-quality U.S. tax reporting including consolidated aspects in close collaboration with Group Tax and external advisors, while monitoring regulatory changes and advising on implications
  • Oversee treasury activities for the U.S. entity (liquidity, cash planning, funding) and financial risk management in line with group treasury standards
  • Drive and support strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A, reorganizations, cross-border projects), collaborate closely with Group Tax, Finance, Legal, HR, and Treasury functions globally, act as key interface to the listed parent company, and actively drive process improvements, standardization and digitalization (e.g. SAP, tax technology solutions such as Vertex or Avalara)

Your profile

  • You have completed your university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA (or equivalent professional qualification) is strongly preferred
  • You have already gained extensive experience (10+ years) in tax and accounting within a multinational corporate, including experience overseeing accounting and/or treasury functions at legal entity level
