My application
Our online job listings are updated daily, i.e. they always reflect our latest offering. As soon as a vacancy has been filled, it is no longer shown in the job market.
You may apply for any vacancy directly via our online application tool. Please note that we only consider online applications submitted via our online application portal. Applications by post or e-mail will not be included in our application process. Application documents sent by post will not be returned.
The application process takes place via our online application tool, as applications can be received and processed centrally. Via your personal candidate profile, you may view your application(s) at any time, add or change personal details or withdraw your application.
After our recruiters and the respective department have thoroughly examined your documents, we will invite you to an interview with the department (virtual or on-site, as circumstances permit) if your profile is a match. Once you have successfully completed the first interview, we will invite you to additional interviews in due course which will allow us to get to know each other better. If we were able to impress you and find that you are a perfect fit for our team, you will receive feedback and/or an offer after a few days.
Once everything has been agreed, you can look forward to your first day at Deutsche Börse Group. Together with other new joiners, we cordially invite you to your first onboarding session.
You are welcome to apply for several positions that are of interest to you and which fit your profile. It is important that you use this option purposefully and to a limited degree.
If you are using our application tool for the first time, you must create an account with your personal data. Only then can you upload your application documents. You may change your personal data at any time by logging into the account, clicking on your candidate profile, making the desired changes and saving them. Please convert your documents to PDF format before uploading them. For easier reference, please label your attachments accordingly (e.g. “Motivational letter”, “Curriculum vitae” or “Certificate”).
If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot your password?” on the user interface to activate the password help. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If an account exists with your e-mail address, you will promptly receive an e-mail with a link enabling you to reset your password.
Yes, you may change your password at any time by logging into the online application tool with your login data and entering a new password under Options > Settings.
Since several people are involved in the application process, you are welcome to use the general phrase “Dear Sir or Madam” in your cover letter.
You are welcome to submit your application documents in German or English. If a job offer exists only in English, we ask you to submit your application in English. Please note that the corporate language at Deutsche Börse is English, regardless of the location of the respective office.
