1. Who may participate in the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme?

The Finance & Risk Trainee Programme is aimed at graduates from all over the world. The prerequisite is a Master’s degree in business or economics with a focus on finance and controlling, or equivalent. Bachelor’s graduates with an outstanding degree, relevant internships and some professional experience may also apply.

2. When does the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme start?

The start is foreseen for the 1st of October each year. However, we will take your availability into account.

3. Is there an application deadline for the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme?

There is no application deadline for this programme, as long as the job is posted, you will find the application deadline in the description.

4. Which degree is required for the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme?

The requirement is a Master’s degree in business or economics with a focus on finance and controlling, or equivalent. Bachelor’s graduates with an outstanding degree, relevant internships and some professional experience may also apply.

5. What does the application process for the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme look like?

If your documents have sparked our interest, we will invite you for a Microsoft Teams interview with the respective departments. If we believe you are good match for us, you will receive an invitation to our interview day, which will take place on-site (if circumstances permit). On this day, we will get to know each other better and you will work together with a group of other candidates on a business case study. After successful completion of the interview day, we will send you feedback shortly afterwards and, if applicable, offer you a place on our Finance & Risk Trainee Programme.

6. Which language should I use in my application documents?

As English is our corporate language, we ask you to prepare your application documents in English only.

8. Which documents are required as part of my application?

Your complete application documents include your curriculum vitae, a motivational letter, an overview of your grades, final certificates and, if applicable, employment references.

9. Can I apply for the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme even if I already have several years of work experience?

If you have a maximum of two years of professional experience, you can apply for the Finance & Risk Trainee Programme. If you have more than two years of professional experience, you will find open positions in our job portal that may better match your profile.
