Your area of work:
As a Service Delivery Manager within the Cyber Protection – Detect & Prevent team, you will support the delivery and coordination of security services across areas such as Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Web Application Firewall (WAF) Policy Baseline, Data Leakage Prevention, Data Security, and other related security capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead/Senior SDM by managing operational tasks, tracking progress, supporting stakeholder coordination, and preparing documentation and reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and act as a delegate for the Lead SDM when required.
Your responsibilities:
- Track tasks, initiatives, and dependencies across services and projects, ensuring transparency and timely follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update onboarding tracking (e.g., asset onboarding for DAM/EDR/WAF) and KPIs required for operational reporting.
- Support demand intake and maintain the service book of work, ensuring clarity of priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate operational-level interactions with stakeholders across technical teams, Group Security areas, and business teams.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agenda support, minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Draft, update, and maintain service documentation in collaboration with the Lead SDM.
- Support the preparation of internal reporting packages, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready, structured, and consistently updated.
- Assist in monitoring service performance indicators and support continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute to onboarding planning and execution to help ensure proper security coverage.
- Support audit and regulatory activities at an operational level, including evidence collection and coordination of remediation actions.
- Coordinate with service teams, infrastructure teams, Group Security units, and vendors on day-to-day operational matters.
- Support escalation coordination by gathering relevant information and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Assist with vendor administrative tasks such as onboarding/offboarding coordination or basic financial tracking.
- Act as delegate for the Lead/Senior SDM when needed, handling operational decision-making and communication.
- Ensure continuous operational coverage during periods of absence of the Lead SDM.
Your profile:
- University degree in IT, business informatics, or comparable education.
- Initial experience in information security management, ideally within the financial industry or comparable regulated business environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with flexibility in applying different approaches according to requirements (e.g. agile).
- Experience in DAM, EDR, WAF, DLP, Data Security, or similar domains is a plus.
- Basic understanding of IT/security processes, with curiosity and willingness to grow into broader service delivery topics.
- Ability to prepare clear, well‑structured documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and follow up effectively.
- Experience with ITIL, project coordination, or security certifications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Highly motivated, flexible team player with a proactive mindset.
