Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

About the Program:

We are looking for high‑potential IT graduates who want to start their career in an environment that combines engineering excellence and test automation including AI‑assisted practices, next to 24x5.5 near zero downtime operations.

This is not a typical trainee program.

It is a 12‑month, hands‑on graduate journey into the heart of Deutsche Börse Group’s trading technology. You will join a dedicated Junior Class of talented graduates in Eschborn and Prague, working side by side with experienced engineers. From day one, you’ll build practical skills and take real responsibility while developing technology that powers high‑performance, mission‑critical systems used by global financial markets. This experience accelerates your transition from graduate to professional engineer and prepares you to take ownership in a production environment.

The program is designed as a long-term investment in you, supported by dedicated mentorship and strong onboarding tailored specifically for graduates. Upon successful completion, it serves as a direct pipeline into a permanent engineering role in development, test automation and operations for ultra‑low‑latency trading systems.

Your Area of Work:

Building the Future of Financial Markets:

Deutsche Börse Group is a global leader in financial market infrastructure and technology is at the core of everything we do.

Within the Derivatives & Cash Trading IT department, we design, build, and operate the technological backbone of our exchange business, including T7, our world‑renowned, ultra‑low‑latency trading platform known for its robustness, scalability, and massive throughput.
