Field of Activity
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new sales and relationships, growing incremental businesses from existing clients, strengthening relationships with internal stakeholders, resolving service issues to increase clients’ satisfaction and coaching Client Account Manager and Customer Service.

 

Your Responsibilities:
▪Sales of Clearstream Products
▪Increasing sales and revenue
▪Establishment of new and active maintenance of existing customer relationships in the securities and processing area, including contract and condition negotiations
▪Monitoring service levels, escalating and resolving potential operational problems to ensure high quality standards
▪Planning, preparation, and implementation of sales activities based on market observation and analysis, development of cross- / up-selling potential as well as the pursuit of short and long-term sales targets
▪Analysis and presentation of market and customer data for sales and decision presentations as well as creation of presentations for internal and external use
▪Coordination and communication of customer requirements regarding product management, control of the implementation as well as advising customers on process optimization, account openings and other activities in new and day-to-day business
▪Identifying the needs of prospective clients and develop new business opportunities
▪Continuous analysis of the operational and financial situation of customers / customer identification (KYC) to limit possible operational / economic risks
▪Perform periodic KYC review of existing accounts
▪Briefing and updating directly Head of Branch and also to the Head of North Asia on the business matters
▪Matters accompanying the previous items.


Our Requirements


• Years of experience: Min 7 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management is a must; Sales experience is highly desirable
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
•Strong language skills in English and Japanese speaking is a plus
•Knowledge of the banking sector, with good network contacts
•Experience in custody services is a plus
•Self-initiative, highly motivated and influencing skills
•Motivator and very target oriented
