Your area of work

The intern in Account Management will assist the team in performing client due diligence and onboarding and will support with day-to-day client interactions. This internship offers hands-on experience in client servicing, project coordination, and business development within a dynamic environment while providing exposure to compliance and risk management practices in a global financial environment.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and reviewing client documentation for KYC/AML compliance.
  • Support the team in conducting Customer Due Diligence checks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations) to resolve KYC-related issues
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to successfully onboard new clients and existing clients onto new services
  • Support account managers in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service

 

Your profile

  • You are engaged in studies focused on Finance, Business Administration or Legal, or demonstrated interest in working in the financial industry
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and are problem-solving
  • You have the willingness to learn and critical thinking abilities 
  • You bring a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish, Portuguese is a differentiator
  • You are eligible to work in the US (visa, green card or US citizen)

 

Duration: 6 months

Hourly Salary: $24
