What will your position in our team be like?
Are you curious about how Employer Branding works in a global organization? As a Student in Employer Branding, you will support a variety of initiatives that help shape how we present ourselves as an employer — both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with the local HR team in Prague while also collaborating with colleagues across our global HR community.
Your work will include supporting events, creating communication materials, managing data, and contributing to our talent attraction efforts.
What will your typical day include?
Event management
Support with internal and external events (e.g., Job Fairs, Culture Evenings, conferences)
Assist with event coordination, logistics, and onsite preparation
Promotional items stock management
Data management for talent attraction purposes & local HR data management support
Event management support including internal and external events (Job Fairs, Culture Evenings, etc.)
Supporting local ERG (Employee Resource Groups) activities
Content & communication creation
Preparing online and offline materials
Internal communication and local SharePoint management
Creation and coordination of our branding materials
Proficiency with tools
Design & communication: Canva, Notion, Sharepoint
Data management: Power BI, G-suite
Leadership development support
Local leadership program for managers (80+ managers)
Annual Meet-Up Conference (120+ participants)
You are a good fit if you have…
- Current enrollment at a university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters (study focus in the field of marketing, business administration, management)
- Strong interest in employer branding and HR marketing topics including data management
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently with a proactive approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Czech and English
