We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 12-month assignment. 

This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working closely with the US Head of HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and entry-level HR tasks, providing essential support to the team.


Your responsibilities

  • You will assist with HR administrative tasks, including data entry into ADP and maintaining accurate employee records
  • You are jointly responsible for processing and tracking HR-related invoices to ensure timely payments
  • You will support onboarding efforts by preparing new hire documentation and updating employee files
  • You will also maintain and organize confidential HR files and records
  • Furthermore, you will help to coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  • You will conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy updates
  • You will perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Your profile

  • You are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You have a strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • You can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Additionally, you also have strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); have experience with ADP or other HRIS systems is a plus
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

 

Hourly salary: $22
